Here's a short maya animation I did last month-
My first try at a 3d film..
This is actually a last minute improvisation, since some circumstances caused me to be unable to go through with my original idea... and I encountered a LOT of problems
but I did learn a lot!
I didn't have the time to do storyboards or visdev for this, besides the characters.
Modeling and rigging took 2~3 weeks
Animating took me a two weeks, improvised on the spot
rendering and post-production took a couple days in After Effects and Final Cut Pro
character design, modeling, animation, and everything done by me...
except for rigging, which my teacher volunteered to do for me.
